As a certified broadcasting holding company based on the Broadcasting Act, our group recognizes that it is important to respond quickly to changes in the business environment for the media industry while aiming for sustained improvement in long-term corporate value.

On June 28, 2023, we established the Management Advisory Committee with the majority of members independent outside directors, and an outside director serving as its chairperson. It advises and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors on various management issues, including the appointment and dismissal of directors, the remuneration of directors excluding directors who are Audit & Supervisory Committee members, and other matters deemed necessary by the Board of Directors. Its establishment aims to further enhance the corporate governance structure of our group.
